Cookie Policy

What cookies we use

BecomeFreelancer uses a minimal set of cookies. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.

Essential cookies

Supabase, our authentication provider, sets essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your dashboard access. These are strictly necessary for the site to function and can't be disabled without breaking login and checkout.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It's cookieless by design - it doesn't set any cookie or store personally identifying data, so it requires no consent to run.

Payment processing

Our payment processor, Paddle, may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and process your payment securely. These are essential to completing a purchase and are governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as your dashboard or checkout, from working correctly.
